If you don’t know where the SIM card is located on your device, look for documentation for your device.If you cant find the setting factory reset and make sure you read what your clicking. (Perhaps you already knew about this, but figuring with your current issue you should try it). Check in your settings to see if you can adjust it to where your phone may only update widgets/apps while connected to Wi-Fi.
